We want you to make the most of your experience at the Harley Foundation. To help us ensure this, please read the following guidelines before booking your ticket.
Cancellations
If the event is cancelled by the Harley Foundation all tickets will be refunded in full.
If you are no longer able to attend your booked event, please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite to make the space available for another visitor. We often have long wait lists for events and your help is very much appreciated.
We are unable to offer refunds for paid tickets. Where possible we will transfer your booking to an alternative date, depending on availability and subject to a £3 admin fee. We cannot guarantee that date transfers will be available for your event.
Our ticketed events sell out extremely quickly. We advise you to book online as soon as possible and not leave it too late!
We reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not pre-book for ticketed events.
Pottery Studio events
Firing clay can be unpredictable and while we always do our best to ensure a successful outcome, there will be times when breakages happen, or your creation comes out less than perfect. By booking a course with us, you accept these risks and are happy to proceed. It’s all part of the journey!
All pieces that are fired must adhere to certain regulations to ensure the safety of both other people’s work and our equipment. If your work is not deemed suitable for firing, we will get in touch and discuss your options. Please note, we only accept pieces for firing that have been made onsite in our studio.
