Support your wellbeing with creativity in this 6-week art therapy group led by HCPC-registered therapist Natasha Hargrove from A Mind Apart.
You will learn
Working from the Harley Education Studio, you will creatively explore your inner world in safe and inspiring surroundings. Based on the Welbeck Estate, the Harley Studios are the perfect place to be creative – in an idyllic countryside location whilst surrounded by practicing artists and makers.
During the six weekly sessions, you will become a part of a small and supportive group, taking part in creative therapeutic activities designed to build your confidence and self-awareness. Expect to use materials to connect to how you feel and who you are, experimenting with a range of art forms including drama, music, photography, movement, art, and storytelling.
Natasha will offer gentle guidance to help you explore your own story and wellbeing. These sessions are the perfect place to connect with others who may share similar experiences in a creative and calm environment.
