Discover Art!

Creative kids' sessions
The third Saturday of each month

Discover Art! Our monthly Saturday morning sessions, perfect for children aged 7-11 who want to have fun and get creative in the gallery and museum.

Taking place on the third Saturday of each month, children will learn about the art and artists in our exhibitions, before putting their new knowledge to use in a fun creative workshop.

They might paint their own artwork inspired by the Harley Open, or craft a clock using the historic clocks in our museum as a starting point.

Tickets for these sessions will be released in our monthly e-newsletter, sign up to be the first to hear.

Upcoming session dates

17 May: Take inspiration from our basketry exhibition to coil your own coaster using traditional techniques.

21 June: Work with expert basketmaker Rachel Hutton to create a small tray/platter based on traditional weaves.
