Family Friendly Self-Guided Studio Access - The Harley Foundation

What's On

Family Friendly Self-Guided Studio Access

27 October 2023

These untaught sessions offer access to our fully equipped pottery studio for those with some knowledge – for example those who have taken part in our family clay sessions, or for those looking to experiment and play with clay.

Families can use our full range of facilities, and Tutor Ruth Waller is on hand throughout the session to assist with any technical queries you might have.

However please note that this is not a taught class and children/young people under the age of 16 require adult supervision.

We require potters to use our clay and glazes.

Clay is charged at £5 for a small, 3kg bag.

We charge one fee for glazing and firing, which is charged by object size.

6” cubed – £4
9” cubed – £6
12” cubed – £10

Please note that firing can take up to 28 days.
