Join us for a walk and talk with Harley Foundation Director Lisa Gee ahead of her retirement early next year. In this intimate and reflective talk, Lisa will show you some of her favourite objects from the museum displays past and present, revealing hidden stories and titbits about the making of an exhibition.
Lisa has led the Harley Foundation for over 26 years, amassing a wealth of knowledge about to our art, objects and history. She will touch on several objects including our portrait of Rachel Ruvigny, Countess of Southampton by Cornelius Johnson (pictured above), early Netherlandish landscapes by Griffier and Brueghel, and a woven hair bracelet from 1717.
As this is a walk and talk event, seating will not be provided as standard. If you have accessibility requirements or require a seat, please reach out to us on education@harleyfoundation.org.uk and we will do our best to accomodate you.
